SOUND THERAPY

Navigating maps of the inner terrain

ABOUT

Maggie Božinovska, BSc(Psych), MCouns&PsychTh

Navigating human experience is challenging and truly tests character and capacity. How do we actually embody our personal truth as we live in the present… Working together will provide a transpersonal and experiential therapeutic lens. Informed by modalities such as Voice Dialogue, by Hal & Sidra Stone and Process Oriented Psychology, by Arnold & Amy Mindel.

Holding an international certification in Biofield Tuning as an accredited practitioner. Sound therapy aids clients to shift beyond the stuck-ness that is their own static noise. When introducing coherent frequencies to areas that are stuck or stagnant, those incoherent areas begin to harmonise.

Personal areas of development include Holotropic Breathwork, Enneagram and the Ridhwan Diamond Approach.

    Process Oriented Psychology

Nature takes its course and leads the way. In everyday consensus reality, we often find ourselves in our primary identity. This can create bias to any secondary or polarising energies or archetypes. These processes are alive in our sensory channels of communication.

By working at the edge of our identity we start to safely navigate unknown inner terrain. This transpersonal exploration facilitates understanding at the essence level.

Providing therapeutic interventions in a process oriented psychological approach, allows for a deep dive into the transpersonal and in-depth exploration of your experience. Through a process of exploration and dreaming into these energies, one can gain insight into their unconscious drives.

    Somatic Enquiry

In natural systems everything is interconnected. Quantum physics shows that a single part will effect all other parts through the field. This relational field suggests the interconnectedness of everything.

Working holistically in therapy facilitates an inclusive experience of enquiry. Navigating unknown terrain can be tricky and overwhelming. The only way to fully realise the unknown is by stepping into it.

Therapy allows for a journey, offering insight into your everyday experiences, dreams, and essential aspects of nature. The therapist is a guide to support you in navigating this inner terrain.

    Biofield Tuning Session

Biofield Tuning offers an in-depth approach to working beyond the verbal dialogue of beliefs, patterns and programs. Rhythms and cycles regulate systems to function at their optimum. Life conditions, stress, trauma and drama, often tend to disrupt these systems. When the dissonance is reflected back, the body naturally auto corrects.

During a 60 minute treatment we will work though your biofield. During this session the body can experience states of emotional, mental or physical release. Emotions have particular frequency signatures that are within the audible spectrum. Guided by the bodies feedback system, static or incoherent noise can be cleared from the system. Creating flow and supporting health and wellbeing.

These treatments are an effective way to keep your system tuned up. Sound therapy can decrease inflammation in the body simply by increasing coherence. All you need to do is lay back, breath and simply be.

    Sonic Meridien Flush

The meridian system are subtle electrical channels that carry messages throughout the biofield and physical body. As the name suggests this is a sound bath for your electromagnetic field.

During a 90 minute treatment you will experience the weighted forks on your face, head, arms and legs. This supports the body to rest, balance and restore coherence. This treatment can be offered after an initial series of treatments.

Biofield tuning also supports the adrenals, which can be over active due to stress and other environmental factors. Once they calibrate and regulate they simply return to their optimal rhythm. Information contained in the sound can suggest types of pathology in the body.

PROCESS IN SESSION

Working within a holistic framework, informed by process-oriented psychology. Somatic enquiry provides an experiential pathway. Navigating these inner terrains allows for growth and essential development. This supports recovery, laps, relapse and the return to wholeness.

Exploring change starts with knowing and accepting where we are, in the here and now…
